Harry Deacon
Harry was a Young Community Leader finalist at last year’s Groundwork Community Awards and has built up a formidable community project diverting textiles from landfill, that won the Circular Economy Award. Since COVID he has expanded overnight to distributing food to those in need. So far, Harry and volunteers have distributed 79,900 meals since the start of the COVID epidemic!
Yasin El Ashrafi
Yasin is a multi award winning mentor and entrepreneur from Leicester. He is the Founder and Owner of HQ Recording Studio, HQ Familia record label and Director of HQ CAN (Community Arts Network) Community Interest Company. Yasin currently manages 8 artists who are being developed by HQ Familia.
Mohammed Ashfaq
Mohammed Ashfaq MBE (also known as Ash) set up and developed the KIKIT Pathways to Recovery CIC organisation in 2014. KIKIT Pathways to Recovery CIC is a leading Black Asian Minority Ethnic specialist social enterprise providing holistic support to vulnerable people. The specialist and integrated services focus on improving lives and communities across substance misuse, health & well-being and community safety.
