Tracey has worked for nearly 30 years with communities – focusing on Place and the power of ordinary people to transform their lives and where they live. Prior to Eden the highlight of her career was working on the Sure Start initiative and leading, designing and delivering Joseph Rowntree Foundations’ Neighbourhood Approaches to Loneliness participatory research programme.
Graham Duxbury, Groundwork UK
Graham was appointed Groundwork UK Chief Executive in 2014, having served in a number of other roles in the organisation, building national relationships and partnerships, generating income, developing programmes and leading on policy and communications. In that time he has contributed to a wide range of Government and voluntary sector groups and task forces on subjects including parks and green spaces, access to nature, youth unemployment, fuel poverty and community empowerment. He was awarded an OBE for services to communities and the environment in 2020.

Caroline is the senior lead at the Grozone project and will talk from first hand experience of what’s possible when volunteers come together.
Fiona Dear, The Climate Coalition
Fiona has been coordinating community campaigners at The Climate Coalition for over a decade and led on the recent Great Big Green Week which saw 5,000 local events across the country in the lead up to COP26.
Emma Burt, RSPB
Emma is the Community Development Manager for the RSPB, working to unleash the power of both communities, and RSPB staff across the UK, in order that they may have more impact on people, place and planet. Emma’s experience of working with niche and diverse audiences, through creative practices, connecting people with nature – have drive her passions for community, equity in access to nature, and co-creative practice.
